En comprenant les d\u00e9fis auxquels les consommateurs sont confront\u00e9s tout au long de leur parcours de soins, nous contribuons \u00e0 renforcer la prestation de services de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 faciliter l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s des personnes aux soins dont elles ont besoin.
