Ongoing commitment to consumers

We work alongside government to engage with consumers on an ongoing basis, providing them with the tools and information they need to make more informed decisions about their health. By understanding the challenges consumers face throughout their care journey, we help strengthen service delivery in ways that make it easier for people to access the care they need. In doing so, we support government efforts to improve customers’ experience of care and overall health outcomes.

Joining the private sector

Whether consumers decide to visit a private clinic or a public healthcare facility, the service they seek must be both affordable and of good quality. To achieve this, we involve both private and public sector players and get them to work more closely together.

Promoting self-care

We support the government in defining the regulatory environment and policies that will enable self-care to become an integral part of the healthcare system.
